New Adhesive for Mattress and Furniture Makers from Beardrow Adams Inc

Beardrow Adams Inc. recently released its new range of furniture assembly adhesives. Its Prodas 2278 hot melt adhesive will bond foams and fabrics, and the company says that the bond will be permanent. Other properties include high heat resistance as well as the ability to retain adhesion at very low temperatures. Beardrow Adams says that the product will be compatible with a variety of application options and production line speeds. The company reports that its clients are benefitting from less downtime, fewer adhesive-related product defects, and improved efficiency.

Prodas 2278 now forms part of a line of hot melts used for product assembly. Beardrow Adams is also known for its Pressen range of pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesives which are commonly used for pocket-spring assembly and foam lamination.
